Q: QuestionThe USB C input on my unit does not charge the power bank. I have connected it to a variety of USBC ipad chargers, but the power bank does not charge up via USB C. Is there a specific type of charger required to charge over USB C, or is my unit defective?

Q: QuestionWhat type of USB-C wall adapter do you need to charge this powerbank? I have connected it to multiple USB C iPad chargers and it does not recharge the unit. The micro USB does work.

The battery pack is slender and it comes with a 1 1/4inch USB plug, it fits Suggs with plenty of room in your packet/bag. The battery life to charge is usually 35-45 minutes. I use this for my IPhone and Apple EarPods. It’s great highly recommend!

Q: QuestionWhen charging a connected device using this power bank, when the connected device is fully charged, terminates charging, and is no longer drawing current from the power bank, will the power bank shut off by itself, or must it be turned off manually?
