- Answer For one your supposed to use the charger with the USB cable it came with and for another your not supposed to use it all the time.

- Answer First, I love my energized battery pack. It’s the best investment for $20, I could have made. The battery pack is slender and it comes with a 1 1/4inch USB plug, it fits Suggs with plenty of room in your packet/bag. The battery life to charge is usually 35-45 minutes. I use this for my IPhone and Apple EarPods. It’s great highly recommend!

QuestionThe lights are blinking on the power bank and is connected to my phone. But there is no lightning bolt on my phone showing that it's charging I don't think this works.

- Answer The lights blink while charger is being charged and go solid when fully charged. Try fully charging first. The charger works for me. Charges my phone quickly and holds its own charge for long

- Answer I honestly don’t know. I charged my iPhone and iPad with it and it fully drained the power bank.
