Questioni have the energizer max 5000. I have used the cord in the box. It isn't fully charging in that I can only get two lights lit. This is the 2nd one I have bought that this has happened with. Am I doing something wrong?

- Answer You should try a differnt cable, like a usb c cable. The cables in the box are usually poor in quality.

- Answer This battery supplies 5,000 mAh at 5 volts. That equals 5 amp hours at 5 volts. So it will last 2.5 times longer than a 2 amp hour rated battery. Batteries are rated in amp hours, not just amps because as storage devices they supply amps for only a certain amount of time. Frank
