“Is there a trick to using this battery pack? It says it’s 100% charged but will not charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max or my new iPad Air 5 gen. My son said it never would charge his phone either. We’ve had it since Christmas but never really needed it till now.”

• Just plug the cord in and press the side power button. Very simple. Unless yours is damaged, then I suggest contacting the store
