Why does it look like there is nothing in the box? null

well there isn't. you have charger with its compartments and the power cord. the batteries are sold separately. you can't go wrong with it, I just bought another one for my father.

It has a black lid that opens and inside you will have the charging cord and 4 slots to charge batterie in. This one I found is better to leave the lid open when your batteries are charging in order to stop it from auto powering down. Over all tho it's a great product. Had mine for 2 months and never had to buy batteries again.

This unit is the charger only. No batteries. The instructions and the power pack are inside the charger and the lid can be shut. The design of the unit has two holes inside to accept the blades in the power pack and when plugged in the holes it will not get lost. You may need to store the instuctions outside the unit. It is like a can of worms, once used you can't get everything back in easly.

The packaging was deceiving but I can assure you there is product in the box.

Product Dimensions: 6 x 1 x 3 inches If you do not see it, it was never there.

The image shown is the old model with a lid. They dont sell this model anymore and new version has no lid and charges fewer batteries (not included any) in longer time if battery connections click in properly as can slip. DO NO BUY THE NEWER MODEL without the lid covering top! NOT WORTH the price! Buy separate size chargers for efficiency and longer lasting as the new model version is NOT good like the image shown model was terrific!
