“1.Can any plug be used with this power bank? I just purchased this item. It will charge my phone, but when I went to charge the power bank, it won't charge 2. Where are the LCD lights when charging or to say it's done charging? I don't see any lights”

The percentage charge indicator shows how much charge is left on the device so if it's charging that percentage changes while it is getting more of a charge and decreases while in use to let you know how much charge is left. I actually like this better than the previous charger I had which only had lights indicating the amount of charge left.
