How quiet is this appliance? null

This purifier is fairly quiet and operating it on Auto Mode allows the unit to work quieter when it senses good air quality but then speeds up to a higher power/noise level when it senses worse air quality. You can also choose to run it on one steady level if you wish to have a constant noise output (versus variable).

This unit is extremely quiet. I have had it running on auto for several years. The only time you hear it is if there is smoke in the air. Then it speeds up in order to clear the air. Once clear, the speed reduces to quiet again.
