Absolutely. If you find graphics performance is a little lacking for your liking, adjust cpu power down in increments of 15% until you get desired result. A game like Sims 4 is not going to use all of the cpu. This allows more power to gpu and increased graphics performance. Find video on YouTube if unfamiliar with creating custom power profiles.
