“I want to add an additional hard drive. The HP parts store indicates that 2 of the required parts - HDD Rubber (L21894-001) and HDD Cable (L20103-001) can not be ordered. Do you have any idea where I might purchase these items? Thanks,”

Hi, Are you able to purchase the required parts for installation additional HDD ? I tried contacting HP but had no luck. They don't have the parts with them as of ow.

Did you ever find the cable? If so can you post where? I need to upgrade the HD space, 250GB is not nearly enough. Thank you Gumbo!

You can contact the HP Support team to determine if there is a way to aquire them but they are not designed for retail sale.
