• If you mean like epson 200i no there is not a letter. But the letter "I" stands for initial, meaning the one that comes with the printer.

• No there is no letter. I thought that it did as my cartridge had an I, but it was the initial cartridge,

• Not that I'm aware of, but I checked, and the only letter is the first initial of the ink color.

• If you are talking about the cartridge itself, it should have BK. If you mean that you are looking on the outside of the single package, it will only have the number of 200 on the package. That is the only way to make certain that you have the right cartridge for your printer series model.
