“I have an Eason Workforce WF-2860 which has 4 ink cartridges. I only need to replace the black ink cartridge. Will it accept just replacing one cartridge? Can I keep the other 3 colors in place or should I take them out and reinsert them?”

No you have to get the complete package of four I usually use only black ink also but it comes in the four pack
