“Cyan cartridge was replaced 12/11/17 and on 1/2/18 needs replacing! Can’t print black/white copy! Can I put a black ink cartridge in place of cyan cartridge? Going broke replacing color cartridges to print only in black!”

• Yes - I have put black cartridges in place of the colored cartridges and it works fine when you don't need color printing.

• Make sure you have your printer setting on black and white. No on the use of wrong color
