No. The ink cartridges have a chip in them. I don’t believe you were printer will work. You should be however able to change in your printer settings when you were printing something to black and white rather than color.

If you are only using black Nick, I would highly suggest you purchase a laser printer just for printing in black and white. The ink jet printer ink is pretty expensive. The HP laser jet printer I had for over 15 years was superb!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.printer requires all 4 cartridges or it will not function. if ink cartridge(blue,yellow,magenta) is low or out you are notified to replace cartridge or it will not print.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No you can not. You must use the correct ink in the cartridge as it has chip readers built in. It won’t recognize all black ink in all four cartratgies. It will cause errors messages on your printer to prompt.
