Best Buy swore up and down that Photoshop has never been included with this printer. I saw it advertised with my own eyes, but they won't honor their advertisement. (They have since removed the Photoshop reference.) I received printer with no Photoshop, called service help, and was lied to. Btw, if you want Photoshop Elements, it's sold separately at various department stores.
