Hello Medicman5. The ET-4800 is designed to work with 522 Ink Bottles. If you purchased the printer brand new from BestBuy and it arrived with 502 Ink Bottles, then please call our Technical Support team directly for assistance. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
