“So I’m using the correct Epson 8.5 x 11 matte paper and the printer won’t take the paper, it will pick up attempt and then it’s stuck and doesn’t move. Doesn’t send error to app about paper jam”

Hi Shamar, Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in your ET-2400 per the user's guide. You can try the tips in the solving problems section of the user's guide or call the phone number on the Start Here poster that came with your printer to speak to an Epson technician.
