“What is the difference between the white Epson ET2720 and the black Epson ET2720?”

• The black one makes toast and the white one makes waffles.

• The outer plastic case of one reflects a large range of frequencies in the spectrum of visible light, which causes the human eye to perceive it as “being” white, while the other reflects a much narrower band of frequencies, making it appear to be very dark :-/
