“Hi When printing on A4 card (approx 200gsm) I am getting 2 vertical marks about 1.5 inches long towards the top of the card, they are like indents/scratches. Anyone else seen this or can offer any advice to stop?”

Hello mickey123. Unfortunately, it looks like the paper used is thicker than the supported paperweight for the printer. The thickest paper the ET-2720 supports is 24lb (90 gsm). We always recommend enabling the thick paper option within the print settings for any thicker paper such as card stock. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
