• A:Answer Hi Cindy. The Epson ET-2720 was not designed for dye-sublimation printing nor the use of non-genuine Epson ink cartridges. Using sublimation ink in this printer could damage the print head and impact warranty coverage. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

Q: QuestionI'm trying to set up the Epson Ecotank ET 2720 to a wireless network. I've chosen the correct network and the printer will not accept my passwords. I've tried 10 times already and it keeps stating "password fail" What can I do? Thanks

• A:Answer Try entering the password without pressing OK after each character. Instead, enter a character, then use the arrows (up and down, I think) to move directly to the next character.
