“The printer doesn't print in colour whatsoever, it only prints in black and white. How do i change it? i have tried changing it from my laptop, but this also does not work.”

Hi Maryam. If you're printing from a Windows-based computer, change the Color option in Printing Preferences. On a Mac, go to Print Settings and uncheck "Grayscale." Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.
