QuestionHow do I get to the print when I want to print from the computer. I am only getting the scan or copy choices?

- Answer Has to connected to your wifi, both printer and computer. During setup it matches both, maybe you need to redo your setup thru the epson internet address that was provided with the printer. My wouldn't connect automatically so I did it manually

- Answer Yes but you will have to convert the printer by replacing the ink it comes with and get a sublimation ink. Not worth it unless you plan on shaking the printer every 3 days if you don’t print a lot

QuestionDo you mean to tell me that there is NO ETHERNET PORT on this machine? AND no auto duplexing at this price range? First of all, what kind of company decides to make a printer with NO ethernet port?! It relies only on wireless to connect to the internet?

- Answer Im having same issue. I have done all options through google, you tube and epson site. The bad part i noticed with this printer is the ink droes out if you dont usenit for some time. Mine was 2 months and now im back on and its printing lines through everything.

- Answer If you have a warranty with best buy you have 1 year or 2 years depending on what you paid for. I have a 2 year and it has to be returned now 1 year later.
