You have to manhandle it open then take a syringe without the needle detach the hose from the ink box that rides above the paper and suck it out If you try to push the ink out through the tank that you fill nothing will happen because air vents will release the pressure. Your screwed anyway very soon the printer software will pick up on that and won’t allow you to use your printer anymore
