“How do you remove ink from an old printer to a new printer”

• I was told by the protection plan company the old ink in the printer can't be removed, I asked them about this when I shipped my previous 2800 back to the protection plan company, I didn't want ink spilling out in shipping, they said just tape over the top where you fill the ink
