Hello. If a line appears in all your scanned images, clean the scanner glass with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth or use a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth, if necessary. We recommend not spraying glass cleaner directly on the scanner glass or using paper towels. If the issue continues, please contact our Technical Support team by phone for assistance.
