Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity? null

I use Bluetooth through my phone and my laptop for printing. You also download the Epson Smart Panel app as it’s required for set up. The issue I have, I can’t scan without a usb connected from the printer to my laptop. Just fyi, it doesn’t come with a usb printer cable.
