“All of my printouts look faded. Is there a way to make them more vibrant? Black looks like charcoal gray. Want to use for business but if I can't get vibrant colors from simple printer, I can't use in business. Wifi disconnects every day. Unhappy.”

I recently just purchased this printer and have had no Wi-Fi connection problems. The color black seems to be fine. You might have a bad batch of the black. Maybe wait till after you refill it.
