Hello Jake. The ET-2850 can only scan documents and send them via email using the Epson ScanSmart application on a computer. This allows you to scan your original and attach it to a message in your e-mail program such as Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail, and Entourage. Also, you can set up Epson Connect services on the printer, which allows you to print and scan documents using a registered e-mail. Unfortunately, the printer does not have scan-to-email functionality directly on the control panel or through the Epson Smart Panel app. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
