Hello John. The ET-2850 has a flat-bed scan area, so it can only scan individual pages one at a time. However, you can scan your originals and save them as a multi-page file. Using your computer, you can attach the file to a message in your e-mail program, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail, and Entourage. As an additional option, you can set up Epson Connect services on the printer, which allows you to print and scan documents using a registered e-mail.
