• Hi Penny, The maximum print resolution for the EcoTank ET-3830 is 4800 x 1200 dpi. The maximum hardware resolution for the scanner is 4800 dpi. With software interpolation, the maximum scanned resolution is 9600 dpi. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
