Hello BOB. Yes, the ET-4850 can reduce and enlarge copies between 25% to 400% directly from the control panel. When you're on the copy screen, you can find the option under the basic settings tab. You can also make color adjustment settings to lighten or darken the print from the color adjustment settings on the control panel. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
