“Can this printer be plugged into an electrical outlet? my internet is spotty”

• Yes. This can be used without a wifi connection. BUT you will need to buy a cord that connects the computer to the printer. Not sure what it is called, but I have included a photo. This was an old cord from my last HP printer. Works like a charm.

• Yes, it plugs into an electrical outlet for power. Also yes, it hooks up to an ethernet cable for spotty Wi-Fi connection.
