Hi Carolyn, There are settings in your ET-4850's printer driver that are not compatible with two-sided printing. Try setting the paper size to Letter and the paper type to plain. Two-sided printing will be available. Two-sided printing is not available for small sizes, such as 4" x 6" or photo and photo matte paper types. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
