Hello JS1988. The ET-4950 can create a Wi-Fi Direct connection between the phone and the printer without having to use a Wi-Fi home router. To use the printer, we recommend downloading the Epson Smart Panel App from the Google Play Store. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

Yes you can use ot through the Epson App.
