Hi JR75, The EcoTank Photo ET-8500 has two front paper trays. One is for loading 20 sheets of photo paper, including 4" x 6". The other front-facing tray holds 100 sheets of plain paper. You can select the print quality of documents and photos being printed from either tray. The printer also has a 50-sheet rear-feed tray and you can feed thicker paper one sheet at a time through a straight-through path. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
