You’ve probably done this but make sure your printer is set for that type of paper either in the tray or sheet feed from the back. You can also use photoshop or another application to increase the color saturation. Unless your monitor has been calibrated, doing this may make the colors look over saturated on the monitor but they will give you the desired effect on the printer.

The whiter side of your Matte Premium should be face down in the paper cassette. 2) Make sure you are selecting the correct paper type in the printer driver. 3) Try setting the Print Quality in the driver to "High" or "Best."
