“I only usually print about 5 or so pages (documents) a week. If I fill the ET-5170 ink tanks with 542 ink and it expires in the ink tanks before I can use it up, can it cause serious print issues or printer damage? If so, is there any solution for me?”

Hello Jimmy. To help avoid ink-related issues, we recommend doing routine user maintenance on your ET-5170. You can print out a nozzle check regularly and complete cleanings from the maintenance menu as necessary.
