• Hi Brad, You can use any screen, or even a wall with the EpiqVision Mini EF12. The image quality is better with a screen or smooth white wall. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

• It works really well on my wall, which is beige. Best in dark room.

• No you don't need a special screen. It works great on a white/cream wall.

• Any kind of screen will work, we use the fence

• It does not need a screen but the better the screen or surface the better the image quality.
