• I project my Epson 6040 onto a light gray wall and I'm VERY happy I didn't spend a penny on a projection screen. Just make sure the wall is fairly smooth and flat (No bumps/holes in drywall) and don't use a shiny wall paint. You will be very happy with the picture and the money you saved!

• While you will save money by not buying an Ultra short throw specific screen and the picture will still look excellent you will get a MAJOR picture improvement by using a screen
