I have the same project in black, and one HDMI is now not working, it's greyed out on the inputs menu, but HDMI 2 with ARC is working? We had the projector for a little >2 years now, this is the 1st time this has happened, it was already updated to the latest firmware, android updated as well before this occurred. We even reset the whole settings and factory restored, HDMI 1 is still gray, cannot use, when chosen HDMI 1 immediately states it's an unprojectable source. Cannot figure out is this a firmware/software/hardware issue? Can Epson enlighten me on this issue?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Curt. Check the HDMI connection on both ends, from the LS300 and video source. If the HDMI cable is securely plugged in on both ends, then reset all of the projector settings using the option on the Settings menu. For more information, visit the official Epson Support website. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. Both HDMI inputs are greyed out and not accepting a signal after two years of use. I have been thru all the suggested fixes with no luck. It is just out of warranty, so I am looking for a service center. Frustrating.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.also want to add onto this, had this projector for about 3 years now, 1 HDMI port stopped working 6 months ago and now both HDMI ports are no longer working. Does anyone know of any fixes? It sucks because warranty is only up to 2 years- there's nothing else wrong with the projector besides it not being able to display the HDMI which is so annoying
