Hi! I have been using it for 8-10 straight hours a day 4-5 times a week for 2 months now and I'm not having any issues with it. It doesn't get noisier or hotter than usual, but it might going to burn out the lamp faster (which I'm not sure about and I hope it's not going to because the new lamp is pretty pricey).

Yes. You could. I do recommend to give it a break in between.
