Yes, It’s not the paper, it is the position of the paper. When you place it in there make sure that it’s as far back as possible. And then close it. This will get rid of the error.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well I found out what the problem was. A full sheet of paper had lodged halfway into the printer underneath the stack of paper. Runs great now (duh).
