Yes ! First the best buy guy told me no so I purchased only black ink which was $19.99 but then I set it up at home and it comes with color ink and black ink but it's like sample amount but I'm still using the samples and I have printed about 15x now and still hasn't faded

Set up the printer and installed the cartridges, but the magenta would not print because it was identified as an "initialization " cartridge. Couldn't quickly fix it so I took it back. NEVER had that happen before. Bought an HP Envy 5500 and had it printing in less than 10 minutes. Much better deal.

Yes it does. the replacement cartridges are Epson 212

Yes comes with one standard set of 4 cartridges, black, yellow,cyan, magenta. Difficult to refill so do not purchase if your intent is to refill at home. Additional carts are approx $20 each .
