• You have the option to connect to Wifi or Wifi Direct; the printer will give you a QR Code where you can snap a photo with your phone to connect. It's not a bad printer given what's currently out there.

• Hi Justin, You do not need a computer to set up the XP-4100. Just load the ink, connect it to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to and you can print and scan in minutes. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
