“I am trying to print on thick cardstock and it was fine until it started to say printer jam. I cant seem to figure out why when I am only using one paper at a time. There is nothing stuck I putt the paper out completely in one piece so I am not sure why”

Hi Epsoncarstock, The XP-4100 is not designed for printing on card stock. Anything over 50 lbs. or so can cause feed issues. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
