Yes, as long as your kindle has a wireless connection. You can connect to this printer. The Set-up book 2 has the instructions for cellphone, laptop etc.

Yes, You can set up your laptop or kindle fire wirelessly (wifi) You would have to go through the network setup option

I use this printer to print wirelessly from my MAC laptop. don't know about Kindle Fire.
