A:Answerits a network printer, so as long as your phone is connected to the network, you can find the printer and print to it. You should use the app / program that comes with your labels to design your project. I don't think this will let you "design" its a printer and it will print whatever you tell it to.
A:Answerit comes with a set of inks in the packaging; yes you need to install those at the appropriate prompt. The trial inks have lasted me about 50 pages or so
