“i can not get my rear tray to work. I have gone thru all of the setting many times and made sure they were correct. the rear tray grabs the paper intially butkeeps defaulting to the main tray #2. I have it set to rear tray.”

Need to have 2 different paper sizes set to the different trays. Then make sure you pick the right size of paper when you are printing.
