“Are the photo prints from this any better looking than the photos prints from an Epson Workforce ET-4750? Does the higher resolution reflect the scanner capacity as well as the print? Would the difference be noticeable to the human eye?”

• I previously had a workforce printer and it failed after 7 months. It did have good photo quality. However this 7100 provides more vivid colors. I have not used scanner to print
