“I currently have an Epson printer, in which if one of the colored cartridges is low or empty, it will not allow for me to print even in black and white. Is this the case with this printer? TIA!”

• Will print when one cartridge is low but if one is empty, you can't print anything until it's replaced.

• When my Epson XP-7100 printer ran out of one of the colors, the printer beeped and warned that the one color needed to be replaced or I had the choice to print black only.

• All new Epson's will not print ANYTHING if even 1 of the color cartridges is empty. No B/W. Nothing.
