“Is there any way in the software to set a starting number other than 1? I can do this on my EPSON Artisan 810 flatbed scanner but I can't find a way of controlling the starting number on my FF680W.”

• Hello Billy. Before starting a job, you can choose the directory and file name. When scanning multiple photos, the name will stay the same, and a number will be added to the end of the file name. The software will always label the file in numerical order starting with 1. If you would like to reset the starting order, you would have to create a subfolder within that folder or a separate folder location. Although more time-consuming, you can also change the file name afterward through your computer's file manager. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
