The software creates a folder based on how you identify the photos. The folders on my system are in a folder titled FastFoto in my Pictures folder on my Windows 11 system. I have about a hundred sub folders and 10,000 images. I suggest you use the FastFoto software to manage things but you can use Windows to move your photos to any folder you like.

Depending on the operating system you are using, you would have to make changes to the file within the macOS finder or Windows File Manager for any copy and paste options.
